We ordered a cheese and garlic naan, but it arrived without any cheese. We also ordered a Rogan Josh, which was full of tomatoes and tasted nothing like a Rogan Josh. I understand it was the end of the night and close to closing time, but if the kitchen couldn’t prepare the food properly, the order shouldn’t have been accepted. We arrived at the collection time given on our online order, yet when we called we were spoken to rudely and told, “We closed 10 minutes ago,” despite us following the collection time provided. The food quality was very disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. Unless we receive a full refund, we won’t be returning. We’ll also be leaving a Google review and letting others know about our experience.
