Food and service from Cinnamon Lounge has always been excellent in the past. Unfortunately, on this occasion an item was missing from my order. It was disappointing to learn the item was missing. Further to this, as it was a busy night for the restaurant they did not answer my phone calls when I attempted to contact them directly.

Order almost every week from here and usually very nice. A bit disappointed this time however. Food arrived cold and had to reheat everything, karahi was quite salty and the garlic nan bread was very small, I was quite shocked at the size of it considering it cost £4.20.

OMG ridiculous amount of spice! Ordered chicken tikka main, came with cooked peppers and onions in a dry sauce, which I though was a bonus but it was so spicy it made it all inedible for us. The naan and chips were lovely, fresh and hot but £22 down the drain cos we couldn't eat the rest #thisgirlisonfire

Cinnamon lounge is a little gem! Service is fantastic, no matter if you’re just grabbing a quick takeaway or enjoying the cinnamon lounge cosy restaurant! We have had takeaways quite regularly from Cinnamon Lounge for a few years. Always on time. Always hot, very tasty. Fresh. Their Courier is always friendly and polite. It’s worth the money. Great selection on the menu. Consistently good. We would have no problem recommending them.

Chips missing from my order when I arrived home can’t give me a refund because I ordered on line they said they will sort it on my next order I live 3 miles away so too far to go back for a portion of chips remember to check your order before you leave not sure if I will have another order off them
